We were out of state; so she would run out, take pictures/visual tours for us run home load them into her computer and get them emailed to us, and we had her driving over half the state looking for property! We also received daily emails of houses that she thought would interest us.

When we were in the state to look at houses, she'd pick us up at the motel, and have a list ready and if it took all day, she'd be a die hard and look as long as we wanted to.

She was there for us when inspectors came, helped us find a mortgage company and the right lawyer. Still being out of state for a month or so after buying our home, she has gone beyond where most realtors go to keep an eye on our house, and make sure all is okay until we get there! She's even offered to be there when they come to clean the carpets, so we can get it done before we arrive with our furniture.
